Architecture

There are currently two nodes connected to the mail cluster. We are looking to expand to more geographically distributed nodes to serve mail more local to the PSKMail servers.

Each one of the servers will be the primary master for a set of call prefixes. I.E. pa0son.pskmail.org will be the primary master for all calls starting with PA..PI. All other servers in the mail cluster will retain a copy of the mail data for these users too and will periodically sync up with the master. The synchronisation process is bi-directional; mails delivered or deleted on either the master or a secondary node are replicated across.
